Di manakah keadilan?

Saya semakin geram dengan sistem sesebuah organisasi yang sangat sangat tidak adil. Apabila dibincangkan kenaikan pangkat, dikatakan peluang lebih banyak diberi kepada kumpulan pekerja senior. Apabila dikatakan peluang penyelidikan dan pembentangan, peluang lebih banyak diberikan kepada kumpulan junior dalam kumpulan R&D. Manakah keadilan? Saya seolah-olah dikategorikan sebagai kumpulan pertengahan. Pergi atas bukan. Pergi bawah pun bukan. Ada keinginan maju diri tetapi sekatan pelbagai. Rintangan tak berhenti. Walaupun kesabaran ada, tetapi bukan selama-lamanya. Perlu tahu ada limitasinya.

Back to my work

This morning finally back to my work in polytechnic after the raya holiday. I spent most of my holiday in Sibu and happy together with my parents and family. Busy cleaned up my house but felt like not very successful. Anyway, at least I bought a new rack to put on my books on it. Feel like something is missing (haha!). I think that I know about it. Need time to get it back. Suddenly this sentence was appearing in my mind. “When everything is complete in my life?” May be I am the only one can get the answer. May be not me. Enjoy the day!

My Farm

Recently I really enjoy playing the Barn Buddy on Facebook.  I learnt this game from my niece and nephew in Sibu. Suddenly like to care  about the farm and try the best to get the profit from the farm. Also learn to steal the plants to sell and collect the coins (bad bad guy! haha!). Going Home

Now having my ice blended caramel dark mocha at Starbucks Kuching which is located at Kuching International Airport. My flight is around 10.30am and still has a lot of time to do. I only will check in around 9.50 am. I like to have a drink and relax here. Nice music is playing on. For me, the Starbucks is not only passionate about coffee but it provides a very good place for people to enjoy the day here (although the coffee is quite expensive). By paying the expensive price here, I think that the price is still reasonable. My advice is next time do not just buy the coffee and say bye-bye. Take the time and relax the mind. Enjoy the music. Boring Friday

The whole day sitting in front of my laptop searching for my phD information. So boring. No more people in this office. All of them went back to their hometown already celebrating the raya. Well, tomorrow is my turn for holiday. Anyway, Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri to all my malay colleagues.

Black Tuesday

Yesterday dated 09.09.2009. To other people, there is nothing different like usual. For me, terrible the day. I lost the respect from students as an educator. There was a student challenged me in the class. I have my own way to protect myself from his attack. But at the end of the case, even after the police report and police investigation, I still wish to give him second chance as long as he apologise with me. The second I met him together with all the discipline officers, really mengecewakan  saya. I wanted him to realize how stupid his action in the class and showed sincerity to me. But...  all the time he just talked using Bahasa Melayu Sarawak which I really can't understand at all. He kept saying "si kisah...si kisah..." and he won't care whatever legal action I will take. I appreciate the help from En. Jumari on helping to deal this case. It is sad to have this kind of stupid student who never realize his mistake although he was educated with religon since young. I keep thinking of the future of this kind of people. May be it was my unlucky day. But I will still continue my ambition and vision. I know what I want to do. I won't stop only because of him.

Last... Happy Birthday!

Thanks to the cake from Mrs. Hee. It was surprised me at that morning. The time I felt so unhappy because of the "quiet celebration" on my birthday this year. Thanks again.

At the evening, I joined my dinner with three students at McD. We ordered delicious burgers and enjoyed the cake together. Thanks to Miss Curry and the other “beautiful” guys, Zhong and Bao. Thanks to accompany me on this birthday.
